The toothbrush handle is made from recyclable plastic. This was chosen for its safety and durability. As bamboo absorbs water, this can be a fire risk if used with the electrics in the toothbrush. Can be recycled at a household recycling point.

Our bamboo electric toothbrush heads are made from FSC certified bamboo and dupont bristles, infused with Japanese Binchotan (charcoal) for superior brightening of the teeth. Remove bristles before composting heads.
packaging
The box for our bamboo electric toothbrush is made of recyclable cardboard with a biodegradable cornstarch inner. Both of these materials can be recycled with your normal household recycling, or composted in your garden.
