We designed our bamboo based products in the UK and they are manufactured with love in China.  Our bamboo is FSC Certified and does not harm any animals habitat.

Our toothpaste is made in the UK and we are Made in Britain approved.

Sadly, some products sold in China are still tested on animals. We actively monitor our supply chain to ensure we never have anything made in China that had any negative impact on animal welfare. See our leaping bunny/cruelty free approval below. 

Absolutely! Organically Epic believes that beauty products should be cruelty free. We are proud to be Leaping Bunny approved. A global programme, Leaping Bunny requires cruelty free standards over and above legal requirements.

All of our own brand cosmetic and personal care products are approved under the Cruelty Free International Leaping Bunny programme, the internationally recognisable gold standard for cruelty free products. We adhere to a fixed cut-off date policy and proactively monitor our suppliers to ensure that our products continue to adhere to the Leaping Bunny criteria. Our supplier monitoring system is also independently audited.

Hell yes! we would never use animal products and derivatives for our dental care.

We are also certified Vegan through the Vegan Society. 

Yes.  Our toothpaste is certified COSMOS Organic through the Soil Association – this is an internationally recognised standard.

Sadly there is no organic certification for our bamboo based products as there is no certification to cover this.

Our bamboo is however FSC Certified.

This is something we thought long and hard about when we first set our business up. We buy our bamboo based products from China.  This is where the abundance of sustainable materials are. However, this comes at a cost with regard to shipment.  We buy in bulk and we try to ship via sea and most recently, rail when we can.

Our toothpaste and other upcoming ingredient based products are all made in the UK and we are Made in Britain approved.

We are also considered a climate positive workforce via Ecologi where we carbon offset via tree planting, including planting a tree for every Sonc Wave purchased.

All of our products are made with the environment and carbon reduction in mind.

UK orders will can take 3-5 working days for delivery but if you order before 1pm you should receive your order within 2 working days.

European orders will take up to 7 working days and the rest of the world up to 12 working days.

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail and anything going out of the UK is sent tracked via Parcel Force or Royal Mail.

Please note you are responsible for any customs payments for deliveries outside of the EU.

If you have not received your order in this time, please let us know straight away on sales@organicallyepic.uk and we will investigate for you.

We ship and box orders mostly in paper padded envelopes and jiffy FSC Certified larger envelopes that are recyclable and compostable.  Larger orders are shipping in cardboard boxes that are recyclable and compostable.  We either use brown paper or cardboard and biodegradable nugget things (you know the white things that look like fat slugs?) as void fill.  We also use paper tape as well so our shipments are totally plastic free.

We keep our packaging minimal, however, we also make sure that our products are not going to be damaged easily in transit.

We work on a reduce, reuse, recycle principle so it isn’t unusual for us to use packaging that Jayne or the team have brought in from home.  There’s no point in wasting something if it’s still good to use.
