Where can I buy products?
You can purchase either by going to 'Shop' or via the 'Brands' section of our website.
Our Brands are also stocked throughout the UK so if you'd prefer to visit a bricks and mortar locationa, please emails us at email@example.com and we will be able to give you the details of the stockist that is closest to your location.
If you know of a retailer who would like to stock any of our brands or you would like us to approach a particular retailer, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
How do you accept payment?
We accept, MasterCard, Visa & Visa Debit as well as PayPal. All via our website. If you would prefer to pay directly into our business account, please email email@example.com
Do you Distribute products that are tested on animals?
No. We support choose cruelty free, so no animals were harmed or tested on during the making of any of the listed products.
We are also a PETA cruelty free accredited business.
Organically Epic would not stock or distribute any products that are tested on animals on our website.
You import goods from other countries, what about your carbon footprint?
You know, this is something we thought long and hard about when we first set our business up.
We buy every quarter from our suppliers and ship the products to the UK. We buy in bulk for many reasons, but one main one being that this lessens the environmental impact.
Customers are going to buy these products. If they were only available in the countries they are based in this would mean hundreds, if not thousands, of small packages and weights flying all around the world. This is extremely bad for the environment.
By us doing the heavy lifting for you, it keeps ours and your carbon footprint to a minimum.
Why don't I just buy directly from your suppler?
Well, you could. Totally up to you. But if you want your goods without the import fees and you want it quickly with excellent customer service on the ground, I wouldn't.
We are based in the UK, just like you. We have imported the goods already. We've paid the shipping fees, paid the import duties. These things can be a pain and not something you factor in when shipping in from abroad. Who know's what Brexit is going to do to importing goods as well.
As we are based in the UK we can also speak to you during daylight hours either on the phone, email or on our social media account. We are always working. If you have an issue we can sort it for you pretty quickly.
Chances are you'll be speaking to Jayne our founder or one of her team as we all work super closely together. There's no real wait for an answer to a question we are here to make everything as easy for you as possible.
When you order something, especially if it's before 1pm that day, that order will be sent out that day and if you are in the UK, you will receive that package usually the next day (we do however say below 5 to 7 days officially - just incase) as we ship via Royal Mail first class who are demons at their delivery times!

How long will it take to receive my order?
UK & European orders will take 5-7 days.
Although honestly, if you're in the UK and you order before 1pm, your order will be sent out the same day and as we send orders via 1st class royal mail, you'll often receive your order in 2 days, if not the next day when Royal Mail are totally on it.
For the rest of the World or difficult to reach European Countries it can take up to 10 days. However, we do our best to minimise the delivery time on all of our orders.
All UK orders are sent via 1st Class Royal Mail and anything going out of the UK is sent tracked via Parcel Force.
If you have not received your order in this time, please let us know straight away via email and we will investigate for you.
Why does it cost so much to send to my address and/or country?
Unfortunately our European and Global shipping we quite high. We track all of our shipments that are sent out of the UK. If your Country has a high rate of shipping, I'm afraid this cannot be helped.
We have used cheap shipping providers before and it has not ended well, with packages going missing or being damaged. So now we only use Royal Mail or Parcel Force. It has been a case of you get what you pay for in this instance.
Unfortunately for us, the cost is usually more than has been paid.
What packaging do you use?
We ship and box everything up to our amazing wholesalers, stockists and our wonderful online buyers in cardboard, recyclable, compostable boxes. We either use paper or cardboard and biodegradable nugget things (you know the white things that look like fat slugs?) as void fill. Our brands all use recyclable plastics, recycled plastics, biodegradable materials and glass that can easily be recycled and reused.
We are committed to living a reduced plastic lifestyle we hold this close to our heart and truly believe this is how we should all be trying to live our life. Making small changes where possible. Our brands share the same outlook.
It's impossible to be zero plastic. Truly, the monstrous stuff is everywhere. For us it's about recycling, reusing and where possible using recycled materials and biodegradable materials.
We do what we can where and when we can. Small changes make all the difference.
Beware of the single use plastic, that stuff isn't ours or Mother Nature's friend.
