Eco by Sonya - What is the difference between Winter Skin and Invisible Tan?

Winter Skin is recommended for fair to medium skin tones.
It is a gradual moisturiser that after a few applications will give you a soft honey colour. It is also a great tan extender.

Invisible Tan is recommended for medium to olive skin tones.
It is a once off application creme that is invisible to wear,like your moisturiser. Pop it on, wear a white dress and after 6-8 hours will give you a beautiful honey glow. The best part is no one knows you are wearing it!

Who are Eco by Sonya certified by?

Eco by Sonya are Certified Organic by The Organic Food Chain under the Australian governments organic and bio dynamic standards. Australian certifiers have the highest and strictest standards in the world- allowing no GMO or synthetics through when certifying a product.

We are also certified Toxin Free by Safe Cosmetics Australia.

Are Eco by Sonya Vegan friendly?

Their tanning and body care range is 100% vegan friendly and their sunscreens are 100% vegetarian.

Is it safe to use Eco by Sonya products during pregnancy?

We do not believe that any product should claim to be safe for everyone as some people may still react to natural ingredients such as nuts and strawberries. We recommend a 24 hour patch test and a consult with your General Practitioner. We do have a huge following of pregnant and breastfeeding women as we contain nothing synthetic or artificial.

How long will my PearlBar toothbrush last?

The same amount of time as a regular toothbrush. Dentists recommend replacing your toothbrush every 1-3 months.

What are the PearlBar bristles made out of?

PearlBar's charcoal-infused bristles are made from eco-enhanced nylon. They are 100% biodegradable, as is the rest of the brush and its packaging.

How do I dispose of my PearlBar toothbrush?

Once its time to renew your PearlBar planet-loving toothbrush, simply lay your toothbrush down with the earth and let nature take its course.

Do you Distribute products that are tested on animals?

No. We support choose cruelty free, so no animals were harmed or tested on during the making of any of the listed products.  Organically Epic would not stock or distribute any products that are tested on animals on our website.

How long will it take to receive my order?

UK & European orders will take 5-7 days. For the rest of the World or difficult to reach European Countries it can take up to 10 days.  However, we do our best to minimise the delivery time on all of our orders.  If you have not received your order in this time, please let us know straight away via email and we will investigate for you.

Why does it cost so much to send to my address and/or country?

Unfortunately, in some instances, we have had very high shipping rates to send to some countries, some are in Europe and others come under 'Rest of the World'  we are amending the shipping rates for these countries as we go to correctly reflect the postage amount needed to ship to you.  We track all of our packages that are sent out of the UK.  If your Country has a high rate of shipping, I'm afraid this cannot be helped.  We only put the high amount on shipping where we have had packages go missing in that country before. The high cost pays for tracked and signed for shipping via a reputable provider.  We do not charge over and above the shipping cost to each country, we only charge you for what it costs we do not make money on shipping and we do not intend to do so going forward.  If you do pay for tracked and signed for shipping and you have paid more than it turns out to be, we always refund the amount to you and let you know via email.  Unfortunately for us, the cost is usually more than has been paid.
