Brush at least twice a day, morning and evening, with a pea sized amount of toothpaste and be sure to brush for at least 2 minutes as dentists advise.  Replace your toothbrush at least every 3 months.

Donate an adult or child’s toothbrush (or both) to a person in need and we will match your order by donating the same number of toothbrushes.

We regularly donate toothbrushes to Southend-on-Sea and Westcliff-on-Sea based hygiene and care bank, All Rise Collective.

UKRAINIAN APPEAL – We have donated 95 Adult toothbrushes, 95 Children’s toothbrushes and 20 Toothpastes to Nidhima Kohli CEO of My Beauty Matches who partnered with Montessori Group, Uniworld Logistics, Nova Poshta and Active Freight – all coordinated with the Office of the President of Ukraine to get supplies into Ukraine where supplies are urgently needed as well as to refugees on the borders.

Through refugee charity, Choose Love, we have also donated 600 toothbrushes to newly arrived Afghan Families being housed in hotels near Heathrow Airport.  Providing essential hygiene products to those who need it the most.

We have also donated more than 50 toothbrushes to refugee families in our local area of Southend-on-Sea.
