Brush at least twice a day, morning and evening, with a pea sized amount of toothpaste and be sure to brush for at least 2 minutes as dentists advise.  Replace your toothbrush at least every 3 months.

UKRAINIAN APPEAL – We have just donated 95 Adult toothbrushes, 95 Children’s toothbrushes and 20 Toothpastes to Nidhima Kohli CEO of My Beauty Matches who has partnered with Montessori Group, Uniworld Logistics, Nova Poshta and Active Freight – all coordinated with the Office of the President of Ukraine (I know it sounds too good to be true right but it is real) to get supplies into Ukraine where supplies are urgently needed as well as to refugees on the borders.

Through refugee charity, Choose Love, we have also donated 600 toothbrushes to newly arrived Afghan Families being housed in hotels near Heathrow Airport.  Providing essential hygiene products to those who need it the most.

We have also donated more than 50 toothbrushes to refugee families in our local area of Southend.
