Returns Policy

If you wish to return any products purchased directly from Organically Epic, please contact us within 14 days of invoice or payment.

We will only provide refunds upon receipt of the returned goods and provided they are unopened.

We cannot accept opened items due to the nature of our products, hygiene is paramount, especially in the days of Covid-19. We do hope you can understand.

Once received, the price of the product will be refunded, excluding postage.

The above also applies to Wholesalers and Stockists.

There are no returns on sale and promotional items as well as no returns on staff gifts for wholesale.
